Excellent connection to the public transport network in less than five minutes walk (subway; regional trains; streetcar; buses). Numerous supermarkets close by. Journey to the city center takes about 15 minutes. Quiet location overlooking a green hill with a multitude of trees. Large bedroom with spacious double bed, kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, dining room, living room (office). Security deposit is three months rent. If you need guidance during your time in Vienna, I will be happy to help you out with any advice you might need. Lage (Facilities): Supermärkte: 3 Gehminuten (Supermarkets: 3 minute walk).
