Within walking distance of the city centre. Ideal location near shops and transport. A variety of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Situated opposite the beautiful Liechtenstein Palais Park, which is open to the public. The place is exactly like in the photos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and they come to check on everything once a year. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people coming in. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN: Deposit money 1500,-- in cash minus 80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.), monthly rent in cash - receipt is provided.
