Before to ask questions, you please read all the advertisement below. We rent to females only (no smokers) a 22 mq furnished sunny room in a penthouse apartment. Male applicants, please abstain. The applicants will need to introduce themselves and state nationality and occupation. A student applicant will need to say who is going to pay for her stay in Vienna and/or exhibit the proves of income. The apartment is silent and very close to supermarket, train and public transport (Rennweg Station). In the same apartment there are 2 more rooms already rented to 2 girls. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 dining room. "Other " additional required costs means building administration and heating cost. All the costs/utilities shown on this offer are intended for each roommate will need to be paid each month in advance. All utilities are intended for each tenant and must be paid monthly. With your booking you will pay for your first month's rental via HA. All subsequent payments will be made directly to me. Your deposit will be returned by bank transfer after your departure and after the studio will be checked Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details (addresses) and offering viewings is not possible.
