The shared flat is located in a revitalized old chocolate factory with perfect infrastructure near U-4 station Margaretengürtel. We offer 3 different room categories: Standard, Superior and Deluxe. In the Standard category (600 EUR/month all-in rent), the following services are included in the monthly room price in addition to the furnishings: - High-speed Internet - hot water - heating - electricity - Cleaning of the common areas 1x/week - Shared use of laundry room In the Superior category (650 EURO/month all-in rent) there is also a second floor in the room. In the Deluxe category (700 EUR/month all-in rent) there is also a second floor in the room and a private bathroom (shower + WC). Shared use of the common areas: The following areas are shared with the other residents: - Laundry room - kitchen - Bathroom - WC A lump sum of EUR 350.00 is payable per contract for administration and furnishing costs and the associated administrative work.
