1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

:) Ich, David, suchen jemanden der meinen Platz in unserer wunderbaren 3er WG von Ende Juni 2024 bis Ende August 2024 übernimmt. Das Zimmer ist hofseitig und 13qm groß. Neben dem, dass das Zimmer sehr ruhig gelegen ist, ist es super hell. Ich suche jemanden weil ich im Zuge meines Studiums doch schon früher ins Ausland reisen werde als geplant Und somit ist das Zimmer frei bis Raphi aus seinem Auslandsaufenthalt wieder zurück kommt (Ende August). Das Zimmer wird für die Zeit möbliert übergeben und wir folgendes beinhalten: Bett, Schrank, Regal, Nachtkästchen, Kästchen, Tisch, Stuhl, die 2 Bildschirme, Drucker, Matratze und Bettzeug. Einige der Dinge die auf dem Foto zu sehen sind werde ich davor aber schon mitnehmen, sprich es bleibt nur was oben steht. :) I, David, am looking for someone to take over my place in our wonderful 3-person shared flat from the end of June 2024 to the end of August 2024. The room is facing the courtyard and is 13sqm in size. In addition to the fact that the room is very quiet, it is super bright. I am looking for someone because I will be travelling abroad earlier than planned as part of my studies. So the room is free until Raphi comes back from his stay abroad (end of August). The room will be furnished for the time and will include the following: Bed, wardrobe, shelves, bedside table, small box, table, chair, the 2 screens, printer, mattress and bedding. However, I will take some of the things shown in the photo with me beforehand, therefore, only the items above will remain. Lage/Location: 2 min braucht man zu fuß zur U3-Station Zieglergasse, sowie 5 min zum Westbahnhof. Die Wohnung (70 qm) hat ein großes Bad (zwei Waschbecken), ein seperates WC, einen kleinen Abstellraum und eine Küche. It is a 2-minute walk to the Zieglergasse underground station (U3) and 5 minutes to the Westbahnhof railway station. The flat (70 square metres) has a large bathroom (two washbasins), a separate WC, a small storage room and a kitchen. Flat Mates: In der Wohnung werden Leben Lukas und noch jemand neues, da wir gerade einen neuen Mittbewohner bekommen. Lukas, ist fertig mit seinem Studium an der WU Wien. Und seit circa 2 Jahren arbeitet er in einem Startup. Du findest ihn entweder in der Arbeit / WG oder mit Freunden was machend, in der Natur, oder einfach mal chillig in einem Cafe und ein Buch daneben. Er ist zwar viel unterwegs, am Abend nehmen wir uns aber immer mal Zeit für einen kurzen Drink oder um einfach zu reden. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht. Lukas has finished his studies at WU Vienna. And he has been working in a start-up for about 2 years. You can find him either at work / shared flat or doing something with friends, in nature, or just chilling in a cafe with a book next to him. We are out and about a lot, but in the evening we make time for a quick drink or just to talk. We look forward to hearing from you.
