University Vienna is 15 mins by tram. Situated opposite Liechtenstein Park, with beautiful views over the Palace and gardens. Deposit is refundable. The place is exactly like in the fotos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and they come to check on everything. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people coming in.
