There is no elevator, to the third floor approx. 92 steps lead up. The double bed can be changed to one or two singles. The fixed costs are the common costs and the internet fee, approx 95 for the whole 4 bedroom apartment. The variable costs are the electricity and gas. No other costs. The tenants shares the costs, witch are in winter around 80 and in summer around 50, for each tenant. Parking lot is available for a separate fee. Between 1 Sept and 30 Jun only long-term (min. 5 months), short-term rent available between 1 Jul and 31 Sept (1 month). Maximum term is 12 months, but the contract can be renewed after 12 months.
