Attractions such as Acropolis is 2 metro stations away, while Monastiraki is 4 metro stations. Being on the first floor of a two-story authentic Athenian building, our home is quiet, so it is perfect for guests who wish to work from distance, Erasmus students or families who visit Athens for a longer period. It is basically plug-and-play! It is fully furnished, it has a spacious hall, two independent bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, fully-equipped kitchen, two balconies and a private back terrace. Price includes all amenities and utilities, water & wifi bills (electricity is excluded). It has been our family home for many generations and we offer it with love and care to our tenants.
