If, for any reason, you want to cancel your contract earlier this would be possible if you find a replacement student, who we agree with, to rent the room as you move out. You can spend some quality time togheter in the shared and spacious kitchen or also enjoy some time in your private room. For a good shared living environment there are some house rules, for example always keep the shared areas clean, respect each other, no smoking inside the apartment...
