The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport. The flat is near the metro and S-Bahn station Praterstern. It is 5 min by walk away (U1, U2). There is also one of few grocery shops in Vienna which are open in the night and on Sundays. From there you have a perfect train, tram and metro connection to the city and the airport. The city center, main train stations, airport and universities are very well reachable with the metro and tram. The swimming area of the Danube is very close and easy reachable by bike or with the U1 metro line. The Vienna international district is easy reachable by bike or U1. It is very near. The shared flat is located on the 4th floor. All windows look to a very small street with just parking traffic. So the flat is very quiet even in summer with open windows. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with your flatmates. The flat fulfils all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. The shared flat (3 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people. This flat-sharing is perfect for students, interns, flight attendants or young professionals to get a good start in the new city. The flat is surrounded by other houses so there is no traffic noise. The rent is All In (including electricity, heating, gas, internet). So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. You just need to bring your suitcase with clothes and not more. We provide events for our tenants mostly all two weeks, where we cook, make barbecue, go for parties, play poker etc. We have also a group of international people in Vienna which provides you a good start because you always have someone to do something if you want. At the events also our two CEOs take part so you get the chance to get to know them too if you join us. In the last pictures you can see some of our events. Minimum rental period is 3 months. Just text us :) Only for bookings in July and August the minimum renting period is 1 month. For any booking from September onwards the minimum renting period is 3 months.
