Hi! The place is very close to Donauinsel which is one of the favourite place in summer for Viennese people! Also during hot times it stays pretty cool inside, what makes it a perfect summer location! As it is close to public transport (3minutes) you are easily and fast at Karlsplatz or Stephansplatz! Nearby is also everything you need (Shops, Restaurants, Parks, doctors,..). I love this place so much and I hope you will too!
