Upstairs are the landlords bedrooms and the bathroom, which has a standing shower, washbasin, and toilet. You will be living on a quiet street in a lovely suburb of the city. The area is mostly residential, but you can find local shops, including grocery stores about a 5-7 minute walk away in Finglas Village, where there are also a couple of coffee shops, bars, and takeaways. There are a few bus routes that run near by, some within just a minute's walk of the house, and several more about a 10-minute walk away. Dublin City University is about a 35-minute walk, or a short bus journey.
