This huge, wonderful apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Florence, a short walk from Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza del Duomo and it is close to all the main universities. It is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The two double bedrooms are very bright and spacious. The third bedroom is smaller and does not have natural light. The apartment is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor, there are a kitchen, a big dining room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom, with private bathroom. The apartment is perfect for two people: each one will have a very large bedroom, with private bathroom, and they will have a small spare bedroom for guests. It is also large enough for three people, but one person will have a bedroom with no windows and no natural light (this can work well if a person stays out all day and uses the bedroom just for sleeping) and the two bedrooms on the ground floor will have to share the bathroom. If two people are comfortable sharing a room, the room upstairs is large enough to be double. In this case, up to four people can live in the apartment, two on the ground floor, and two on the first floor; and each pair will share a bathroom. Many solutions are possible - it all depends on your needs. The price indicated is the price for the entire apartment, regardless of the number of tenants.
