Some houses fall in love as soon as you walk in the gate. It creates a particular alchemy, I can not tell you if it's the details, the scents or the arrangements, the fact is that the house we are visiting today has made my heart pound. First of all, the context. Immerse ourselves in fact in the tranquility of the Livornese Maremma countryside, halfway between the magnificent beaches of the Etruscan coast, the lush hills and the historic medieval villages. Then the object. A wonderful single-storey villa above ground inserted in a park of 6.500 square meters. How about visiting it with me? Let's start immediately from one of my favorite places in the house, the kitchen. The main magical moments in the family are lived here, perhaps because it is the place where you find yourself in the morning quickly before a coffee, before starting the day with a good morning, or for sharing the stories of what happened that it is done during meals. The fact is that the kitchen remains the most intimate and sacred place of the family. Here we have a cozy and well equipped room where while we indulge in the stove we can enjoy the view of our garden. Adjacent to the kitchen is the solar greenhouse, a dining room with the particularity of having a glass ceiling and where the sun and light will always keep us company. The beautiful living room, well cared for in every detail, with two facing onto the portico in front of the house, is the perfect place to relax and the large fireplace helps this magical place to become even more welcoming. I find the choice of green in the entrance very apt as a reference to the external doors and windows, as well as the friezes on the walls that reflect the precious ironwork made at the main door. From the living room a staircase leads to the basement and here on a floor area similar to the ground floor, there are large rooms, a large study with relaxation area, a bathroom-laundry room, a sewing room and two large rooms to be used for multiple uses and all with mouths of wolf that in addition to giving light allow natural ventilation. But let's go back to visiting the rest of the house. A first bedroom overlooks the living room, while a small sitting room leads to the actual sleeping area. Here I do not know what to choose between the master bedroom where white and red dominate and the double room with the walls frescoed with hilly landscapes. The three bathrooms deserve special mention. All different from one another, but with one common feature: beauty. The first, exclusive of the master bedroom, elegant in shades of white and midnight blue with the characteristic glass shower cubicle with rounded shapes, the second one facing the double room, modern and design, covered in white and red mosaic that draws huge flowers on the walls and the third in blue and white and the corner shower with handcrafted workmanship. One feature has two bathrooms out of three, the glass ceiling from which you can admire the white roof with exposed beams that characterizes the entire floor. The summer season means open air and here, where the weather is definitely favorable, the outdoor spaces are an added value and this villa is not lacking. The porch with outdoor oven, the gazebo, a comfortable canopy and a brand new building built not far from the house where you can let off your hobbies or use as an outbuilding to accommodate friends or relatives in total independence, all in over 6,500 square meters of land totally fenced where water will never be a problem thanks to the private well. I guess you will also have cars, the problem is solved, you can park them indoors in the masonry canopy next to the entrance gate. A third bathroom in shades of blue concludes our visit to the main building. I do not think I have managed to convey to you the passion and joy that this house arouses, but I am sure that while you have wandered through its rooms, its spaces and its details, you will have the desire to stop and stay here for the rest of your life.
