The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, it is located on the sixth floor of a beautiful building with a lift. A short distance from the apartment you will find the Torre Degli Agli stop of the T2 tramway line with which you can reach the historic center and Peretola Airport in just a few minutes. + The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. + Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
