The property is well placed in terms of proximity to the bus stop, and the supermarket, which makes it a very comfortable location. + The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. + Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
