Furnished Apartment + Terrace in Friedrichshain I’m subletting my beautiful ~60 m2 apartment in Friedrichshain, on Rigaer Straße, for 5 months, from December 1st to May 1st. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a private terrace. It is fully furnished and carefully decorated, making it a real home that is ready to move into. THE APARTMENT The apartment includes: * King-size bed * Separate guest bedroom * Comfortable, fully furnished living room * Private terrace * Fully equipped kitchen * Fully automatic coffee machine * Robot vacuum cleaner * Washing machine * Wi-Fi * Everything you need for a comfortable stay The apartment is fully furnished, equipped and decorated, so you can move in with just your personal belongings. A cat appears in some of the photos, but the cat will NOT be staying in the apartment during the sublet. LOCATION & PUBLIC TRANSPORT The apartment is located in Friedrichshain, a lively and pleasant neighbourhood with plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment is also right next to the Ringbahn, making it very easy to reach many parts of Berlin without having to travel through the city centre. Public transport connections are excellent: * U5 – Samariterstraße, just a few minutes' walk away, with a direct connection to Alexanderplatz and central Berlin * S-Bahn / Ringbahn – Frankfurter Allee, nearby * M10, providing easy connections towards Prenzlauer Berg, Eberswalder Straße and Gesundbrunnen * M13, with connections towards Warschauer Straße and other parts of Berlin * Ostkreuz, one of Berlin's major transport hubs, just a short journey away The location is therefore very convenient both for working and for enjoying Berlin. RENT & DEPOSIT Rent: €1,600 per month The rent includes the fully furnished apartment and the usual running costs. Deposit: €3,200, equivalent to two months' rent. Rental period: December 1st to May 1st (5 months) A written sublease agreement will be signed between both parties. WHO I’M LOOKING FOR I’m looking for someone reliable, clean, respectful and responsible, who will take good care of the apartment. This is not intended to be a party flat. I’m looking for someone who will treat the apartment as their own home and respect the space during my absence.
