We are renting out a wonderful apartment on the ground floor, consisting of 3 very spacious bedrooms, all furnished with a king size bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, bookcase and chairs; a kitchen equipped with pots and pans; a space in the inner courtyard where you can put your bikes and hang out, and possibly eat out; a shared bathroom with washing machine. The heating of the apartment is autonomous. We rent the entire accommodation with condominium expenses and electricity (up to a maximum) included, the heating is usually managed by the students themselves. The building is convenient to transport and is located in an area full of services, very close to the Einaudi Campus, the Academy of Fine Arts and the Faculty of Literature and Philosophy are also close. All the other university faculties are easily accessible. In a few minutes you can reach the city center.
