Wifi, air conditioning. The water is heated by central gas boiler that serves the whole building (hot water and heating in winter). Bedroom with a big closet and some shelts and drawers. There is a terrace with beautiful panoramic views. With an attic, the ceiling is sloping. The central point is about 3 meters, the lowest of 1.80 m.

Studio a Perugia. Si trova al quarto piano del residence (non c'è ascensore). Dispone di bagno privato, angolo cottura con piastre elettriche, attrezzato con pentole, padelle e stoviglie. TV, cassaforte, armadio, scrivania. Wi-Fi, aria condizionata. L'acqua viene riscaldata tramite caldaia centralizzata a gas che serve tutto l'edificio (acqua calda e riscaldamento invernale). Camera da letto con un grande armadio e alcuni ripiani e cassetti. C'è una terrazza con splendide viste panoramiche. In una mansarda il soffitto è spiovente. Il punto centrale è di circa 3 metri, il più basso di 1,80 m.
