The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The bathroom measures approximately 3 m2. and is equipped with a comfortable shower. The services available are a common kitchen, gym & sport zone, play area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relax area, full-service laundry, multimedia area, a rooftop equipped with BBQ, a large internal courtyard, cycle storage, and an extraordinary rooftop basketball court.
