The room consists of a study area with desk and seat, a two-door wardrobe, a configurable bed of 100, 120 or 140 cm with large lower drawer, bookcase, microwave, fridge, a mirror and a notice board. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The bathroom measures approximately 3 m2. and is equipped with a comfortable shower. The services available are a common kitchen, gym & sport zone, play area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relax area, full-service laundry, multimedia area, a rooftop equipped with BBQ, a large internal courtyard, cycle storage, and an extraordinary rooftop basketball court.
