This fee, plus all the additional costs described in the apartment costs and in our reservation form, for example the security deposit and the final cleaning service, are mandatory and must be paid by the tenant right after confirming the apartment through housinganywhere and before check-in, following the instructions of our reservation form that we will send , otherwise the booking will not be finalized. Flat description: A modern studio apartment situated within the Art Building, a design complex located on the outskirts of Milan.
