The modern furnishings, large windows and high ceilings typical of period buildings create a unique and refined environment. The bedroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe, also has a small desk where you can work from home in a separate room from the living area. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine and sanitary ware. You can reach the apartment by bus, subway, train or tram. The apartment is located within Area C, the paid restricted traffic zone, so you have to pay for entry by car on weekdays. You can park on the blue lines for a fee, while the yellow lines are reserved for residents. The nearest metro station is Duomo MM1 and MM3 (direct connection to all stations: Central Station, Cadorna), a five-minute walk from the apartment. There are also numerous bus and tram lines nearby: bus 84, 94 tram 12, 19, 24. The area will soon be directly connected to Linate airport thanks to the new MM underground line 4.
