Private double room in apartment located in a stately building, in the city centre, in via Sant'Egidio, 5 minutes by foot from Piazza Duomo, 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco and Santa Croce Church. Area well served by public transport, close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs. Ideal choice for students wishing to live in the city center. Availability of the room as single room at 900 (included all, water, electricity, gas, taxes, a week cleaning are included. Washing machine, fans, TV, oven, microwave, periodic cleanings of the common areas) + admin fee 400 once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...) Possibility of rent for two people with supplement. - 2 large double room - 3 bathrooms with a shower or bathtub - 1 living / dining area - kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and 2 fridges - 2 double rooms - 2 Single rooms The apartment has all the comforts: - oven - microwave - fridge - washing machine - LED TV - Wi-Fi Internet - Heating - Air conditioning The bills for water, electricity, gas, taxes, a week cleaning are included. Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this is respected; a cleaning lady will come once a week to clean all the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, stairs, garden). The cost is 15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment if she takes more than one hour because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty.
