Advance Payment for July or August: - If the booking includes July or August, payment for one of these months is required in advance via the platform. Payments (Deposit, Administrative Fee, and July/August Fee): - Must be completed through the platform within 7 days of booking confirmation. - Penalty applies for cancellations. Non-Refundable August Fee: - The August fee is non-refundable in case of early check-out. Tax Code (Codice Fiscale): - Must be requested and presented as soon as possible; failure to provide it may result in booking cancellation. - Instructions for obtaining the tax code will be provided with the contract.
