Beautiful and spacious double bedroom available, perfect for Politecnico di Milano and Università degli studi di Milano students. Just 1 minutes walking distance to metro stop Piola (green line), just 3 metro stop to Centrale and the city center. The apartment is really big and all the room will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. The double bedroom is composed by a two beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with chairs. In the flat there are 9 rooms in total and 4 bathroom (one is private for a double room). so you will share a bathroom each 3 person. There is also a nice living room and kitchen where you can cook and share moments with your flatmates. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost" - In the case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40, in the case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by 80.
