APARTMENT 13. Single room with double size bed and private fridge and 1 bathroom for rent in a two (hidden)/young workers apartment in Tor Vergata area, near the University of Rome Tor Vergata and La Romanina Shopping Center. The apartment is located in a complex of 13 mini-apartments, with a gate, a courtyard and a private parking. A common area (cleaned daily except Sundays) is available to all guests 7 days a week. It consists of two study rooms, two TV rooms (Sky TV with Movies, TV Series, and Sports packages), and a games room with ping pong and table football. Vending machines for snacks, drinks, and coffee are available, along with a video surveillance system in the courtyard and a private alarm system in each room connected to an app on the guest's phone. A bus stop is located at the entrance to the complex, providing easy access to the Anagnina Metro Station (Line A) and the Giardinetti Metro Station (Line C). The one-time administration fee (different from the booking fee of the platform) is NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation by the tenant. The fee covers different activities done before your arrival, at your arrival, and during your stay. These activities are: - Maintenance before arrival - Drafting the contract - Assisted check in - Keys at hand at check in - Delivery of a ready-to-use room - Monthly apartment cleaning A payment request will be sent to you after the booking is confirmed. IMPORTANT It's not possible to check in/out outside of the schedule below or during a holiday (example: Christmas, New Year, Ester, Sundays, etc.). No exceptions will be made. CHECK IN / OUT TIME: Monday Friday: 9.30 - 18.00 (by appointment) Saturday: 10.30 - 12.00 with an extra cost of 50 euros (by appointment and based on our availability).
