Spacious DOUBLE ROOM available in a third-floor apartment on Via Annibale Testa 4 A (about 2 km from Porta Portello), for university students/researchers/specialists/phd students. The room, for exclusive single use and recently furnished, is equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm), wardrobes, desks with chairs, and a bookshelf. The recently renovated apartment is provided with every possible comfort (bed linens and towels, kitchen equipment). The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system for both winter and summer and wifi internet connection. The area is well served by public transport and well connected to the historic center and the train station. The rental contract is individual per room. The condominium and consumption expenses (water, electricity and TARI) are calculated as a flat rate of 100.00 per month. At the beginning of the lease, a security deposit of (hidden) must be paid which will be returned at the end of the lease if there are no damages. The cost due for final cleaning and the contents of the room is 100.00.
