The apartment is fully furnished and set up for a proper extended stay: a living room with sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine), a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. High-speed WiFi is installed throughout, suitable for remote work, along with a TV offering 150+ channels. The apartment is on the first floor, accessed via stairs — there is no lift.
