Two bedrooms have sea-view and terraces, and one of them includes an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom overlooks the pine forest, gets beautiful morning light, and also has its own terrace.On the lower ground floor, there's a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a smaller window (less natural light), a separate room with a desk and work chair, a bathroom with shower, and a garage space with a ping pong table and card table.Please note: as this is a calm residential area, cafés and supermarkets are not within immediate walking distance. A car is recommended. However, you're just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from Nazaré’s vibrant centre and beachfront.Other things to note- Located in a quiet, residential area of Nazaré (Pederneira), slightly set back from the centre.- The home is part of a private condominium, so shared areas like the pool, garden, playground and tennis court may have other residents present.- Although the house has capacity for more people, we only accept groups of up to 6 guests maximum.-There is a path within the condominium that leads down to Nazaré, but it is steep and suitable only for guests in good physical condition.Registration Details103239/AL
