The Cocoa Farm is located in Uruçuca, in the state of Bahia, Northeast region of Brazil, in the renowned Cocoa Coast, internationally recognized for the production of fine and sustainable cocoa. The hardwood ceiling and flooring, combined with vintage decoration, preserve the historic charm of the property. Around the house, there is a swimming pool and an orchard. The property has infrastructure for the production and processing of cocoa beans, including six drying platforms, a fermentation trough, a greenhouse, a house for the manager, residences for workers, a storage building for saddlery and caçuás, a storage room for tools and agricultural supplies, a cattle corral and electricity in the process of being installed.
