Large rustic land with 25,280 m2 (18 Alqueires), located close to an urban area, in the north of the parish of Arrifes, municipality of Ponta Delgada;

It is a large land with flat ground, with some divisions in stone wall, currently destined for pasture/cultivation, with great view, to the south, over the city and the sea.

According to the PDM (Plano Director Municipal) of Ponta Delgada, the land is, almost in its entirety, inserted in an area classified of Rural Soil (Agricultural Spaces) and has a small parcel of land, with about 450 m2, inserted in an urban area, next to Serralharia do Outeiro.

Due to its proximity to the urban area, it is possible that, in the future, the land may have some constructive potential.

As the land does not face the main street, the access to the land is made through an existing path (Beco do Calote) that crosses the neighboring land.
