This wonderful apartment is a hidden gem right in the centre of Porto. It's perfect for a couple . Guests have the opportunity to enjoy the city, by visiting the different attractions whilst enjoying a glass of Porto wine by the pool. The pool is shared and it belongs to the building. Only guests have access to it. Please note, that the entrance to the pool and the garden is shared with the neighbours. The terrace/ balcony belongs to the apartment and it is private. The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (does not have a washing machine) and a private bathroom. It has a maximum capacity of 2 people (one double bed) and is fully equipped to welcome you during your stay in Porto. Its modern decor will allow you to relax after a day exploring the city. The apartment has wi-fi, a TV with cable channels and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can prepare your meals. It also has a complete bathroom with shower, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. Towels and sheets are also provided during check-in. You can enjoy the private terrace and have access to the garden and shared swimming pool. Extra cleaning and repositioning of amenities are always available for an extra fee. Other Important Information: Upon check-in, we will request your identification document. Short-term rentals necessitate the reporting of guest information to the Border Service (SEF) in a process known as the Accommodation Bulletin. Your host is obligated to communicate your presence to Portuguese Immigration and SEF within 3 weeks of your arrival. Long Stays (+1 month): The host is responsible for paying utilities up to a maximum of 100. If this amount is exceeded, the guest may need to pay the difference in costs.
