The apartment features two levels, with one of the bedrooms located on the lower level (-1). Stairs inside the apartment connect both floors. Step onto the elegant terrace and savour the essence of Porto. This charming space offers a unique perspective of the city, best enjoyed in the company of loved ones. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and unwind in front of the Plasma TV after a day of exploration. The apartment's well-designed closets ensure your belongings are neatly organised, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready with all the essentials to create your culinary delights. Retreat to one of the two full bathrooms, each featuring a refreshing shower, a hairdryer, and amenities for your convenience. For longer stays, take advantage of the washing machine. Other Important Information: Towels and sheets are provided during check-in. Setting up the crib incurs an extra cost of 7.5. Extra cleaning and replenishment of amenities are always available for an additional fee. Car Access and Parking Information: Please note that it is a pedestrian street. If you arrive in Porto by car, be aware that our building is located on a pedestrian street only. If you are arriving by Uber/Taxi, kindly ask the driver to drop you off at Rua da Vitória 87 and proceed down Rua do Ferraz . If you are driving your own vehicle, you may attempt to park it on this street or consider parking in the nearest paid parking area - SABA Cardosas Parking (recommended). For guests staying for over a month, the host covers utilities up to a maximum of 100. In case this amount is exceeded, the guest may be required to cover the additional costs. Other Important Information: Upon check-in, we will request your identification document. Short-term rentals require the reporting of guest information to the Border Service (SEF) through a process known as the Accommodation Bulletin.
