This cosy house is located in a small village, next to other typical houses in the region, in a quiet place to enjoy a really restful family holiday and in contact with nature, with privacy and access to the pool where you can cool off.

The house has a living room with a dining area. The independent kitchen is equipped so that you can prepare your meals with access to a porch overlooking the garden and pool.

House with 3 bedrooms: bedroom with double bed downstairs; On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, it also has a mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 people. Toilet with bathtub on the lower floor and another with shower on the upper floor.

Outside there is a large garden where you can have your meals enjoying the sun and the fresh air of the place.

Located 2 km from the beach of Ribeira d'Ilhas and 4 km from the village of Ericeira where you will find the beaches of Surfing and bathing.

For reservations, confirmation of availability will always be required;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit 300.00 in cash;
The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
