The new development, designed by the Contacto Atlântico studio, led by architect André Caiado, will have 36 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments, with prices yet to be announced. All the houses will have parking spaces with the possibility of electric vehicle charging, and a storage room. In addition, the condominium will have a concierge, to house surveillance and access control services, a gym, heated indoor pool, sauna, changing rooms and exclusive gardens. Of particular note are "the two four-bedroom penthouses, which will have access to a private terrace at the top of the building, with a pool and magnificent views over the city of Lisbon", as well as "the two three-bedroom units that will function as two houses in the city center, with terraces, gardens, private pool and access to the garage via their own elevator".
