This two-bedroom apartment is conveniently situated close to the renowned Avenida da Liberdade. Fully equipped, it offers all comfort in one of the best and most central locations in Lisbon. Located within walking distance of Marquês de Pombal,

Rossio and Restauradores Squares, the property has easy access to public transport systems, including metro and bus, which allow you to reach any part of the city quickly. Building The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. Being situated in one of the most important and busy areas of Lisbon, external noise is expected. Please note that it is an old building, like many in this historic city, so it presents some inherent challenges such as poor soundproofing. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. One of them also has a desk, making it ideal for home office. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living Room The living room has a comfortable sofa, dining table and cozy decor. Kitchenette The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave and Dulce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included). Additional Info: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. Additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Monthly consumptions are included up to 200. City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory. Please contact us for more information.
