With just three en-suite rooms and a private annexe, it offers a calm, personal atmosphere — one that is never crowded. The entire property has been newly renovated, and all rooms are being offered for their very first season of use, with modern comforts and thoughtful touches for long-stay living. Guests enjoy a gentle rhythm with a continental breakfast in the courtyard, afternoon tea with cake, and shared spaces that include a pool, jacuzzi, roof terrace, gardens, and a snug for quiet moments or light connection with others. Regular cultural evenings, wellness sessions, and excursions are part of life at the Quinta, with participation entirely optional and guests receiving a 10% discount. We live on site and are available daily for questions or support. Tony helps with day-to-day matters, while Michelle is your contact for trips, excursions, and special requests. You’ll see us at breakfast and tea — perfect times for local tips — and outside of that, we’re easily reachable through the messaging system. House Rules (Summary): No smoking or vaping indoors No pets (except registered service dogs) – our rescue cats and dog live outdoors but never enter guest rooms, the dining room, or the kitchen No unauthorised parties or unapproved visitors Pool & jacuzzi: use at your own risk, no diving, no glassware, children must always be supervised Kitchen access is for staff only Damages & breakages must be reported immediately; guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs Commercial photography/filming not permitted without written consent Staff access: the hosts and authorised staff may enter rooms for housekeeping, maintenance, safety, or urgent matters Aggressive behaviour, unauthorised guests, or illegal activity will result in immediate eviction ???? Full House Rules will be shared before booking is confirmed. Welcome package Before arrival, guests will receive the Guest Residency Agreement and House Rules by email. Both documents must be signed and returned before check-in. On arrival, your en-suite room will be freshly prepared with clean linens, towels, and everyday essentials. A Guest Welcome Book will be waiting with house details, WiFi info, local tips, and event suggestions. At check-in, we’ll walk you through the property, pool, gardens, and shared spaces.
