The main level (Floor 3) holds the open plan living- dining- kitchen area, designed with wide glass doors that slide open to allow tropical breezes to penetrate through every part of the house. At the entrance, you will enter at the main stairway. Walk down few steps and experience the main open plan living-dining- kitchen area on 3rd floor with spectacular sea view of Bangtao beach. The living area has seating for 10-12, 55'' LED smart TV, home theatre/ karaoke with microphones. The dining area seats 12, and there's a small sea-view office with printer and stationery provided.

This level also has the main swimming pool and terrace. Enjoy clear sea views over the infinity swimming pool, water fall, Jacuzzi bench in the pool for your pleasant relaxation in the sun or stay cool in the shade under the covered terrace with spacious sofas. There is also a wooden terrace with sun loungers, comfortable mattresses and cushions for basking in the sun. A small garden on the pool terrace and along the side of living area makes you feel like you are on the ground floor. Outdoor lights create warm and romantic atmosphere by night. There's also a guest bathroom with shower for freshening up.

The 4th floor has 2 en-suite bedrooms. The master suite boasts beautiful sea views from the bed, shower and even toilet. The master bedroom and bathroom is cleverly designed with sea view/ mountain view reflected in all mirrors. The 2nd floor consists of 2 sea view guest apartments with small kitchens (Bedroom 3 and 4) via large covered terraces for comfort and relaxed outdoor living. The separate entrance outdoor stair case offers privacy and is great for extended families or large groups of friends. These units are the perfect choice for a shared holiday rental that every room has its own privacy and facilities.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are similarly designed. Each has sea and mountain views, one king size bed and one sofa bed that can be converted to an extra bed, a large covered terrace with dining table set for 4 people, 32'' TV, walk-in closet with low cabinets to put 2 big suitcases, en-suite bathroom, writing table and book shelves, small kitchen with refrigerator, sink and microwave, and cabinet for shoes. The design uses mirrors to reflect the view into the room make you feel like you are surrounded by nature.

Bedroom 4 has a sea-view, one king size bed in the main room, one small room with single bed, closet and writing table, large covered terrace with dining table set for 5.

The main stair case in the villa is specially designed like a chimney to ventilate the heat that rises through the louver window above. The double roof helps to protect against direct heat from the sun and the breeze can blow through in between to keep the house cool. All condensing units for air conditioning and spare water tank for emergency feed down system are hidden between these 2 roofs.

The entrance to the villa features a natural stone fence and gate with beautiful cozy garden, water feature and garden lights. The secondary entrance down the outdoor stairs on the side of the house to guest apartments on 2nd floor provides privacy for the main villa and guests units. Villa has a car park at the road level for 4 cars
