€2,300

A stone's throw from the Convent of São Vicente de Fora, in one of the most authentic and lively neighborhoods of Lisbon, this T3 combines the genuine character of a plate building with an elevator with a careful and tasteful renovation. The house opens into a large living room, traditional mosaic floors and glass doors that let in the afternoon light the ideal space for a large dining table and a relaxed living area, surrounded by plants and where you can find a balcony overlooking a garden and a square with parking only for residents. The kitchen, fully equipped, combines traditional tiles with a contemporary design in neutral tones with an informal dining area and connection to the terrace overlooking the Convent of São Vicente. It has two generous bedrooms, one of them en suite, and two bathrooms in total, both complete. One of the bedrooms also has a large closet, ideal for those who value storage space or are looking for a small office area. The house's great asset, however, is the terrace: spacious, private, and with direct views of the white towers of the Convent of São Vicente de Fora on the city's tile roofs perfect for a hammock, an outdoor dinner or simply to watch the day end over Lisbon. Unbeatable location in São Vicente, on the way to Alfama and Graça, next to the National Pantheon and the Feira da Ladra, with all the authenticity of the historic district at the doorstep. Furniture is not included in the price but can be considered. Available for rent from October 1st.
