On Lyons Ave, a block from Weequahic Park, this unit had been recently updated (2024) with an eye for daily use rather than showroom polish. The kitchen has newer appliances, generous counter space, and cabinetry that actually holds what you own. Elevators and laundry on every floor mean the building works with you, not against you. The location does a lot of the talking: park access out one door, shopping and dining within reach, and a fast run to transit, Newark Airport, and the major highways. It suits a first buyer finding their footing or someone downsizing with intention either way, it's a place that's ready to be lived in, not just shown.
