This is a single bedroom available in a larger apartemnt. The available room is very large at 15 x 12 feet. The apartment itself is 1300 square feet, with a very large kitchen and dining room area (currently in need of a dining room table, if you have one), and a very large separate kitchen. It's got hardwood floors, high ceilings and central heat & air conditioning. The current tenants are 2 professional males, and we are open to anyone. We've had both male and female roommates before. The apartment is gigantic and there's plenty of space here for 3 people to have privacy and to be able to be in the apartment at the same time. That being said, we aren't here that much.
