A light & bright, and completely re-modernised studio for 2 with striking polished concrete floor featuring underfloor heating for when the seasons turn chillier. Its also worth mentioning that the apartment also boasts air conditioning throughout and not forgetting the all essential Wi-Fi connection. Electric shutters provide black out facility. The dining and living areas have a 60s retro feel, with a designer round table to seat 3. A 2-seater sofa, armchair pouf, and coffee table. There are 2 large windows in the living area, one of which area boasts views to the Black Rock headland. THE KITCHEN...
