The spacious living room features a TV and a peninsula counter with two dining chairs. The kitchen features are microvave, oven, refrigirator and new appliances and the bathroom has been newly renovated. The bedroom features beige blackout curtains for optimal privacy and comfort, as well as unique decor accents including elements like floor plants, alarm clocks, and accent rugs. This apartment may be furnished or unfurnished at the time of your move-in date. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. For our Boston units, you'll pay the last month's rent upfront instead of a security deposit.
