Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Security Deposit Policy: For all length of stays, there will be a $5,000 security deposit. All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. Please note that the minimum stay is 30 nights (31 days).
