It might be more or less in the coming years, but we are committed to being in Los Angeles and spending time with our high schooler, so it won't be anything like full-time. LGBTQ affirming Respectful of shared spaces and neighbors in an established, mostly long-term, owner-occupied building No smoking Open to a small, well-trained dog (<20 lbs) on a case-by-case basis Rent & Lease Details: Rent: $3,500$5,000/month (solo renter, depending on room); $6,000/month for a couple with choice of room, (or a couple with child utilizing the two smaller bedrooms).
