Upon walking into the space, find a modern bathroom with a full shower. There is a first bedroom, fitted with a queen-sized bed and characterized by a unique wood-like effect on the wall. The second bedroom has a subtle stain effect on the wall behind the queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms come with ample storage space. All bed and bath linens are provided. The open plan kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking essentials. There is a modern dining table with a custom-made hanging shelf. The living room is dotted with vibrant plants, and the space is naturally illuminated from the two balconies. For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *Ukio cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description).
