Two of the bedrooms have street-facing balconies. A very cool living-dining area, with air conditioning. High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately 60 per month per room. There is a cleaning service once a week for common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, included in the price. Located on the 2nd floor.
