KEY DETAILS 35m2, suitable for 1-2 persons (140cm bed), direct access to a community terrace of approx. 45m2 (2 lounge chairs and tables, inflatable mattress in the studio for you te enjoy the terrace). The studio has 3 windows, a/c, heating, bathroom with shower. 5th floor, no elevator. The apartment has been recently renovated (Nov 2022) and is prepared to move in: kitchen is fully equipped (a new table recently added that is not shown on all pics), towels, bedsheets, hairdryer, iron, ... provided. Public Car parking at 3 min walk. Weekly/bi-weekly/monthly cleaning available at request. 31 day minimum rent (admin. fee for 1 or 2 months stay only!) THE AREA The studio is located in the heart of Barcelona's Gothic area, between the main Cathedral and Plaza del Pi. A very lively area, full of shops, restaurants and bars. Depending on the walking direction, it is 5-10 min walking distance to 1. the beach and harbour in Barceloneta, 2. the lively Borne district, 3. the famous Rambla Catalunya with the Liceo Music Hall, and 4. Plaza Catalunya and the two main shopping streets - Paseo de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya. Also at 5 min walking distance to Barcelona's nicest markets, La Boqueria and Mercado de St. Caterina, where you can buy fresh fish, fruit, vegetables, a variety of cheese, olives, ... or have some Tapas in well know market Tapas bars. Well connected to public transport, public car/bike parking at 3 min distance, if needed.
