This cozy apartment; ideal for corporate travelers, digital nomads, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 74sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom & the flat can host up to 4 guests. Main bedroom has a double bed, whereas second bedroom has a double sofa bed. The apartment has an independent bathroom with sower; and, regarding toiletries, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night - as per hotel industry standards. The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking. The flat also has: office desk (to study or home officing), Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining room or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a L-shaped sofa with 3 seats and flat screen TV. There is a individual boiler heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have AC splits equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 150/month.
